DTS Failure Notification on Empty File

Hello there, I'd be grateful if someone could help me out here..

I have a DTS package that picks up a text file from a specific area on a daily basis before importing it. It is possible that the file could be empty - but this is fine. The only time I want to recieve a failure message is when the file is not actually available.

Check for empty file in an activex step and exit with success.
