DTPicker and Dell Resource CD weirdness

Hi all, I put a DTPicker control on an access 2003 form. The first time I open the form after opening the database I have a windows installer window popup. The title of the window says "Dell Resource CD" and the text is "Please wait while Windows configures the Dell Resource CD". Then I get an error window with "Dell Resource CD" as the title and text of "Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product Dell Resource CD. The Windows Installer cannot continue." At that point the form finished loading and, as far as I can tell, everything seems to work fine. If I reopen the form, nothing happens. If I close the database and then reopen it, when I open the form the same thing happens again.
I have tried logging into the box as the administrator and opening the form so if something needs to finish installing, it can, but that doesn't fix it. I did a quick google check and searched the MS knowledge base. I just finished a chat with dell, and they haven't seen anything like this (at least that they would admit to).
Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what might be causing it, or if anyone has encountered something like this.
Thanks,
Mike
