After a lightning storm last week, I find all phones in cabinet
4-0 have trouble with DTMF tones that stay on too long like the keypad is still pressed. It only happens after the call is established. Like when voice mail is called, when trying to key in the password or keying in a PIN on an offsite call. It doesn't do it with every number pressed only sporadically, but will do it on every call. Any suggestions on where to start? Controller card maybe?
