This is an older install (many years old) IP500 and a DS30, currently v9.0.5, but it's been at this level for awhile. On Friday they started complaining that DTMF wasn't working. They can make outgoing calls, but do not hear the tones. But once connected, they can't dial any numbers. But it's not just external calls, the same happens when calling into VMPRO. I can watch in system status and see the digits they're dialing, but it just gives them silence and doesn't register. (They're not using visual voice). I have rebooted the phone system and restarted VMPRO services to no avail.
