DTMF Tone Not Working During Conference

I have MD v.TSW SP2. When my agents are in a conference, they are not able to press any digits. They have to ask our customer in the conference to press a key.

We call an automatic verification system that prompts to enter digits and select menu options.

Do anyone know how to activate or know of a hotfix for this problem? I have tried changing PARNUM=56, and it still doesn't work.

That is correct. There is no option to send DTMF tone while you are in conference. I heard that there is APS(application system based on country) that can do DTMF while in conference.

You can do it if you are using analog extension because the tones are generated from the handset.
