Hi All,
we are having an issue with an MX-One TSW PBX running SP6 (altough I think the problem existed also before the upgrade, but I cannot verify it).
It seems that certain external numbers (mainly IVRs) do not advised that the call has been connected, so our PBX is not able to recognize the change of state of the call.
This is not a big issue using Digital or Analog phones, but it is for IP Phones because when the user call those numbers then he is then not able to "respond" to the IVR using DTMF tones... for my understanding an IP Phone begins sending DTMF tones after the call has been estabilished, right?
Thanks,
Claudio
