dtmf problem on conference

Hi,
Tha case is this: Customer calls agent's ODN... Agent gets the customer in conference with IVR cas extensions...At this time, when agent tries to press a key for a menu for the customer , system doesn't detect the DTMF tone , but when customer sends a dtmf (i.e digit 1) the system detects the tone...

As a Summary, conference leader can not send dtmf tone even the member can do?
Is there any possibility for sending DTMF for both conference member? Is it related with any parameters?

During conference, leader don’t have function key to use DTMF mode.
To activate DTMF you must press digit 9.
9 it is standard digit to activate post dialing. This digit can be changed by AS parameter PARNUM = 56

ASPAPARNUM=56 is 15 ... That is, we don't use suffix digit to activate DTMF

Everyone can send DTMF without any digit...

Do you mean that it's impossible for the conference leader to send DTMF ?

I think that it is possible.
PARVAL = 15 means that no suffix for DTMF is activated ( not set).
Try to find free digit for this suffix and set it using ASPACARNUM=56,PARVAL=x;
Which version of MD you have?

Hi rfpui,
if i activate a digit as "9", does it mean conference leader can send DTMF ?
Normally any staff can send DTMF now without any suffix digit, except initiating conference.
