DTMF on IPO DECT phones 3735 with SIP Line

Hello All,

We got a SIP line connected into IP Office via SBC, problem is with DTMF on DECT phones, they cannot use DTMF option. DTMF works normally for desk phones,

We have checked and there is no below DTMF option under DECT phone menu

Menu/More>DTMF>Select / Press On-hook and On/Off key, then press release button

any Idea?

Dect phones 3735 SW 2.10.1
