DTMF of IP Office Voicemailpro 2

I have a issue with DTMF. I configure a conference bridge where the user has to enter a conference ID then the PIN number. When I call into it, the DTMF don't always work. Sometime I can get pass the Bridge ID and login to the bridge. There are time I can't get pass the bridge ID. There are times when I can get passed the ID but can't login to the bridge.

Any help is appreciated.

What type of trunks?

Does this work if internal?

PRI Trunks.

It's more consistence on the inside

It is reported as fixed in R9.1.6, in older versions it will be a problem PRI&VM Pro&DTMF

I'm seeing DTMF issues with an SCN but everything is at 9.1.4, centralized VM. The odd thing is, when the main site calls two of it's remote locations our their own PRI to the remote sites' POTS lines (don't ask why you would not just dial a user's extension when you have the ability now to do so), DTMF is detected by their AA's. They call a 3rd remote site with centrex trunks, and the DTMF is NOT detected by their AA. Cell phones calls, calls from my office, calls from someone we know is an IP Office at 9.1 and has a PRI, all go through ok with DTMF detected. Making no sense to me.

Sounds like a Centrex problem to me.

Problem resolved after upgrading to 9.1.7 apparently 9.1.6 have a DTMF issue.

Good read. Does anyone know if this is in the 9.1.7 release notes?

I checked Tech Bulletin 190. It doesn't mention it.
