I have a migration going on from a CS1000 and Cisco. Currently they have SIP trunks with Session Mgr between them. We recently rolled all the PRIs over to the Cisco and adjusted routing between the CS1000 and Cisco to go over the SIP trunks to access the outbound PRIs in the Cisco. So far so good! all CS1000 phones route and make calls. Here is the problem:
Established calls from the CS1000 over SIP to the Cisco have no DTMF control. Calls are fine going direct from the CS1000 with IP sets, and calls are fine direct from the Cisco. It seems to be the introduction of the SIP to the equation that has caused this issue.
Anyone see this problem before or have any ideas?
Thanks, Scott
