DTMF dialing

hi all.
i have a hipath 4000 v6 and i have an additional voice mail system.the problem is when i am not able to dial a number after a connection is established by HFA stations.there is no problem when i use analog or sip phones but when i use a HFA phone ,after dialing the voice mail number,i can not dial the mailbox number and i see the error "not possible" on the phone display.i guess i have to activate a feature known as DTMF dialing and as I have searched i need to set the parameter DTMFCTRD to yes in SBCSU .i did so but it is not working.here is the configuration of the mentioned station:

Is the voicemail system linked to the HiPath by analogue extensions or E1/ISDN ?

If it is an analogue connected voicemail system then setup the voicemail extensions as follows:

no it is a sip extension.the voic email is connected by a SIP extension.

Then I would check start a trace on that SIP device.
You can add a code in WABE for DTMF, then use that code when dialling the voicemail.
