DTMF Breakout from User

I upgraded a system to 4.2 (IP 500) Embedded voicemail. I have the dtmf 0 breakout key to go to 301 which is a hunt group extension. When you are in the users voicemail and you press 0 it doesnt even detect it. It just keeps playing the message. Has anyone had a problem with this?

amriddle01, I apologize for not getting back with you and thanking you for your help. I just got back in to town from the relief efforts for hurricane Ike.
