DTM Card not able to detect in BCM 400 rls 4.0

I have installed DTM Module on bus 6 in BCM 400 system with 3/5 split. I have only one DTM module and this is a new system. Done switch settings as per manuals and also initialized the system after inserting the module.
I can see on Telephony resourses TAB that BUS 6 is Unequipped.
I programmed BUS 6 at Trunk Module and then disabled and enabled it still its same.

Did anyone faced such a problem? Please Suggest?

You set it as a trunk module, but did you change it from the default of Loop to T1/PRI?
