DTIB not woking

Installed a Starplus STS with 24 bt phs. Put system back in default. The first 8 phones work. The additional DTIB in slot 3 that should support 8 more is not responding.
can't seem to find if i need to tell system a 2nd DTIB is installed. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you need to tell the system what card type is in each slot. I think it is in the Flash 50s, but don't know for sure. You can surf or simply refer to the programming manual...

Card slot programming would be found in Flash 24.
Be sure to reset system after programming for changes to be in effect.
