DTI keeps resetting 2

I have a BCM 400 release 4.0.I have an Expansion module connected to it..I have a DTI/PRI MBM in the expansion connected to a Shoretel system to dial another site..I have been getting complaints of it resetting and the PRI goes down...The customer had sent me a video of it and it looks like all the lights on the DTI card flashes like when you boot it up for the first time..I have replaced the card and moved slots in the expansion..I am going to try and move it to the Main cabinet to see...Anyone have this issue???Thanks in advance...

Check all your switches, and make sure the far end connection is set to the same type circuit as your end. Who's providing the clocking, the BCM or the Shoretel? Check the log in the BCM for the explanation of alarms.

Or try a different slot in the exp.
Not connecting to the remote shoulden't cause a reboot.

I have checked all switches on my end..I have changed slots in the expansion..I am going to move it into the main and see if it continues to have issues..I think it is the Shoretel but the other vendor swears it is not them...I am clocking internally..I have tried to change the clocking to 2nd external but it slips more...

One end or the other has to be playing the role of master clock.
Make sure your not set the same at both ends.

Other vendors always swear it's not their issue. That don't mean it anit.

What protocol are you set to, DMS100 or NI-2? Does it match the Shoretel?

As for the clocking, you should have the Shoretel set as the master and your clock should be set to primary external.
