Hi, I am having issue with DTI different channels(Not all) lock out problem, I m using default PAD/ABCD/LPTI values, The system is tied with another 11c PBX. PBX clocking is fine i checked it with another CC card by replacing it. PBX rls is 4.5 and other site PBX rls is 25.40.

what does the switch clcok off of? and what does the far end clock off of?

master switch needs to clock off of ld provider, if no ld then local carrier.. remote switch HAS to clock off of the master.. if that pri is the only t1/pri in both switches then the master needs to be in free-run and the far end still clocks off of the master..
clocking is 90 percent of the normal channel down problems
