DTERM does not ring when idle. 1

Dterm shows no indication of ring (lamp or audible) when prime number is called to idle set. If a virtual call is in progress then set will ring and indicator works. No fowards are set for the prime but CCC'd them anyway when checking. Forwarded no answer and still will not work on idle set. When calling station number from another Dterm I notice station number and name never flash on display from calling station. No reorder, just dead air.

Have you gotten the new 12.2 manuals, they have split the old 9001 commands to work for day and night now not just a global setting. Also check cmnd 93. Check the voice tone feature and see if the phone is set for voice first instead of tone, defult code is 60.

Thanks Smoom, I will get new manuals... Update on trouble follows. I built a couple of virtuals and put them on this set this morning and CAN call forward ALL to them as a temp fix. System just went to 12.2 yesterday and trouble began before upgrade. NEC has lab tests for current application that required upgrade but something happened yesterday that created this issue on the Dterm.
