Dterm 16 set question

I have a customer with an Elite IPK 64 1 Cabinet system.
One Dterm 16 set all of a sudden has the conf and feature lights flashing continuosly, and when tryng to log into there mailbox it say's "sorry I can't talk to you right now" then bumps back to main greeting.

any solution for this? I have'nt seen this before.

Try shutting off an all call forward. Also do feature 99 feature.

What does feature 99 feature do?

Feature 99 cancels any call forward all and DND that may have been set on the phone.
