Is there a manual that references the different DTA 023 ** codes. I hane a d-channel that won't establish, and I am trying to figure out where the problem is.
Look in your system messages book.
If you are getting dta023 that is telling you that the T1 is up and happy. If the D-channel is not establishing you are going to have to work with your provider to ensure that all your setting match up properly.
dta023 is a good thing, that tells you layer one just came up.. i/o manual 3 of 3 has system msgs but while your in ld 60 do an lcnt to see if your taking hits on that t, then rcnt and try to take it down and back up
