For some reason I am now having issues registering my DT800 Series sets to my SV9500 system. I continue to get "SIP Server Not Found". Programming and telephone settings all look correct. Going to LAN 1 IP address. Any ideas what I'm missing now? They worked at one time.

System is in a lab environment. Have SV8500 next to it and it is fine. Also have SV9100 and 9300 in same Subnet and they work OK. Wondering if someone has changed a setting(s) while working on another issue that caused it. Can ping LAN1 IP address without issue.

Can you ping from the phone? You may need to log into the phone and go to maintenance. On the 2100 it's done using the help key.
You might also try a factory default of the phone and set it up again.

Not having much data, here are a few things for you to check:

Make sure the phone is pointed to the floating address of LAN1 (if it's a dual system. Otherwise, to the IP address of LAN1)

Make sure the registration port is not changed on the phone system from the default 5060. Whatever it is (if it changed to something else), it has to be the same in the phone. I'm not sure about the menu structure of the DT800 phone, but it should be called something like SIP Server [registration] port.

I guess you may want to check if there are licenses left for the phone, but I believe if you are running out of licenses, you would get a different error message on the phone.
