I received these 2 DT700 IP phones from a 3C system. I've got SV8100.

I migrated the firmware to NEC SIP and nicked the extension numbers for them and did all other configuration identically.

However, one of them is saving missed calls and displaying "Check List" in the left lower corner of its screen, while the other doesn't do that at all. Just if there wasn't a missed call at all.

What could be behind that and how to possibly rectify it?

Verify the feature class of service for both extensions. Make sure they are the same. MB 20-06.

They're both identical.

Check the setting in the phone using the MENU softkey. There may be something there that was changed by the user.

I've just found out that when a call is received from other sites which user the 3C system, I get that "Check List" text on the screen of this particular phone. But when a call is received from within my site which uses SV8100, that text doesn't show up. I've tested this from multiple extensions within and outside my site.

This phone is ILE like so many phones that I have in this site. I have both ILE & ILV. I migrated its firmware from the 3C firmware to work with my SV8100. Its firmware version now is 5.0.9.0.

I haven't found the option you're suggesting.

1. The menu button is hard (not a soft button). When I press it, I get [1] Tools, [2] Settings, ...etc.
2. Selecting [2] leads to [1] User Setting, [2] Download, ... etc.
3. Selecting [1] leads to [1] Incoming Call, [2] Talk, [3] Display, [4] Change Password, [5] Usability & [0] Setting Reset.
3. I selected [1] Incoming Call. It led to [1] Offhook Ring & [2] Ring Tone only.

Hi guys,
