Does any one know how to do a soft reset or a hard reset on DECT phones?

Thanks for your answer, but this isn't what i'm looking for.

Some DECT phones does not charge the battery. The phone display the charge icon but when i disconnect the charger, the phone display the minimus charge. I think with a reset, the problem it will be resolved.

Does anyone have this charge problem with DECT some DECT phones?

We know this problem to.
Our experience is that your dect-phone is faulty. We send them back to our supplier and have them replaced (guarantee).

Problem in failed elements of battary or in contacts between separate elements. I had to reanimate batteries from DT570, the factory dot welding bursted at impact of the phone.

It is natural that to doit it is possible only in case of the insuperable reasons or ending of a guarantee.

My DECT phones does not charge the battery.
DECT firmware version is r1d or (?) r1g.
Give me the latest firmware and upgrade tools, please!
