DT problem

Hello we have several ancient DT where when you turn a client asks us the secret number.
This number is the code IPEI but being so old terminals do not have this information.
No way to recover?

What "DT phone" are we talking about?
If it's DT360/DT468 then you can read out the IPEI code using Cordless Phone Manager administrator program and a programming cable.

I guess that you mean the DECT spare pin code:
0000 7074 0217 0

The spare PIN code only works on DT288/DT290/DT292.
In DT360/DT368 you hade to read out the IPEI code via programming cable.
