DT handsets stop ringing

Any one experiencing problems with DT handsets on IP403 ( 2.1.44 )that stop ringing. The call is presented, phone manager pops, but no audible ringing.

Had this on two sites now. Ringer settings are still in short codes. Reboots do not resolve. Phones and cables tested swapped. Does anyone get problems caused by corrupt s/w. Anyway of telling.

Have you checked that you do not have the same user number on two extensions id's?
