Does anyone knows any issue about it in MX-ONE TSW sp6? I can subscribe DT570 to the same ELU31/1 but I can't if DT690. But using BP250 switch... both cordless phone works(can be subscribed). I am using the same base station bs330. Do I need to use ELU31/3 in MX-one? Your input is highly appreciated.

We were a bit puzzled to hear about your issue.
However there could be problems if you re-enter the CXAKI's with the AUTDET's?

I still can't find the cause of the problem but I am sure it is something to do with our office data. I tried removing all the cordless programs(CTLMP,CTLP & CXHH)using LAPUR & reinstalling
again the same but the problem still there. I guest I just have to
do new in-house switch installation.
