Dsum Filter date dont work

I have the following calculation:


Function Calculate_TotalAmount(DateLimit as date) as double
A=dsum(&quot;[TotalAmount]&quot;,&quot;Invoices&quot;,&quot;[DateInv] <= #&quot; & DateLimit & &quot;#&quot

And A= to the total of amount in all the records the table has, it happen such the filter dont exist.

Please help me.
