DST did not change

I have a BCM 400 (4.0.2.03a) that has had the DST patch applied previously. This past weekend, the time changed in the Element Manager but was not reflected on the sets. The onsite tech changed the time in telset programming to rectify. Any thoughts as to why the change did not take place on the sets?

Log in thru Element Manager & check your time zone setting.I think Pre-daylight Savings Time is an option just in case we switch back to the old date pattern.

I had the same problem I had to restart the bcm from a shut down.then i added the latest patches again this also happened on BCM 200 all the time zone setting were correct.
