I have a BCM 400 (4.0.2.03a) that has had the DST patch applied previously. This past weekend, the time changed in the Element Manager but was not reflected on the sets. The onsite tech changed the time in telset programming to rectify. Any thoughts as to why the change did not take place on the sets?

I had the same problem I had to restart the bcm from a shut down.then i added the latest patches again this also happened on BCM 200 all the time zone setting were correct.
