If it isn't one thing it is the other thing. We had Avaya do the required DST patch for Audix and although the server time is correct, the timestamps is one hour off. Sorta like on the CM side......

Anyhoo, I've been on hold with Avaya for the last minutes so I'm just wondering if anybody had any suggestions to solve this issue on the Audix side as well.

 
The QUICK fix is to set the time ahead one more hour. Even if it's false on the Audix Admin screen, the time stamp on the voicemails will be correct.
 
yea..that would work and I would LOVE to do it, but that would affect our reporting software. meanwhile..I'm still on hold with the Audix group.. Sigh..

I have the same problem on my 2 LX 1.1's. I'm not going to pay the Avaya bill when it arrives.
 

After 1 1/2 on hold I finally got through just to be told that this was a bug they became aware of yesterday (03/11) and the current official work around is disabling the DST patch by setting the time manually and resetting the audix server. And then keep an eye on the support.avaya.com site for updates.

Great! Just great! What exactly did we pay them for anyway??
