I can not transfer any calls from my dss,I can see when someone is off-hook. I have reset the dss and checked all programming and all seems to be fine, any help appreciated.My switch is a 2000ivs2.

What did you mean when you stated: "The trouble I am having with the dss is on another 2000ivs2 switch"

What we have are 47, 2000ivs2 switches through out our school system,I have one that the DSS does not transfer calls,BLF works fine.We have one 2400 IMX as the heart of the whole Telco system.

Do you guys not have a reputable NEC Dealer that you can call? I would recomend doing that.
