is it possible to change default programming on a DSS? customer has 45 extensions ranging from 200-255 with several between 200 and 249 not in use - ends up that 250-255 are on page 2 - can it be set up so that page 1 contains all 45 extensions in the 200 - 255 range

Nope, DSS numbering is consecutive, starting with a multiple of 50 as the first button, and running for the rest of the page.
