DSS DCK-60-1P console

Hi everyone,

I have a DSS DCK-60-1P console and an ITK-24CG-1P(BK)TEL IP Phone.

Could you please help me with the following:

1. How do I connect the DSS with the IP phone? I tried, but SV9100 didn't detect the DSS.
2. I connected the cable between the DSS and the IP Phone. Do I need an AC Power Adapter for the DSS?
3. Can anyone send me a document for DSS DCK-60-1P installation and programming?

A power supply has to be attached to the DSS console , when powered up go to DSS console option and add to extension number

Check out this link. It is for an SL2100, but they are built off of the same platform.

after trying a lot of scenarios

the power Adapter should be connected to DSS the first time, after that you can operate DSS without the power adapter
