Hi everybody, I'm trying to set the key 51 with the no. 8018.
97 de 00,51 de 8018 exe and the answer is 'CM CODE NOT ALLOED'
1204 de 8018 de and the answer is 'DATA NOT FOUND' but when I try 1204>8016:01- the 8016 is the DSS key 50 and it works fine.
200>8:A129-, when I dial 8018 all is good.
29>01:NONE-
also I need to setup a PSTN number of 10 digits but the data in the command 97 accepts 8 digits only, how can I setup a PSTN number on the DSS console and the number 8018 on the other key ?
The system is a SV8300.

Many thanks in advance

Jose

Ok

Your extension number range would appear to be split between two systems (it's being sent to LCR) you can check this by following 8018 through lcr to see where it is being routed to. 8016 is in this PABX so in command 8A400x it will be set to 804 instead of going to another LCR pattern.

As for putting a pstn Number on a DSS key, use a speed dial!

Thank you OzzieGeorge for your answer,
Here we use 46XX and 47XX and here is the 8018 through lcr.

200>0'801-
200>1'A129-
200>2'A129-
200>3'A129-
200>4'720-
200>5'805-
200>6'A129-
200>7'A129-
200>8'A129-
200>9'A126-
200>A'721-
200>B'731-

1204>8016:01-
1204>8017:01-
1204>8018:
DATA NOT FOUND

29>00:NONE
.
.
.
29>63:NONE

200>8:A129

8AA000>3:4007-

8A4007>80:0009-

8A009>1:00122-
8A009>2:NONE-
8A009>3:NONE-
8A009>4:NONE-
************************
And as for putting a pstn Number on a DSS key, I got this:
4600=Reception

73>4600:0040003-
740>00418:9,XXXXXXXXXX-
97>00,55:F1119-

But it's not working, there's no response from the PBX

00418 = F1118
Try programming the number under buffer 00419
As for X 8018,
200>8 = A129
8A4007>80>0009 = routing over CCIS.
You need to break it out.
8A4007>800>0009
801>8004 = local extension
802-809>0009
or, 8010>0009
8011-8017>0009
8018>8004
8019>0009

When I try:

97>00,55:NONE-00418
DATA NOT FOUND (Here I can't save it)

And when I try:

8A4007>800:WRONG-
8A4007>801:WRONG-
8A4007>8018:WRONG-8004
DATA ERROR (Here I can't save it)

The strange thing it's that the other extensions (8016 or 8017) have no problem

Thanks for your help

8A4007>800:wrong = too many digits.
You need to delete 80 and assign 800;
8A4007>80:0009-CCC
8A4007>800>0009-EXE
8A4007>8010>0009-EXE
8011->8017:0009-EXE
8018>8004-EXE
8019>0009-EXE
802->809>0009-EXE
This assigns 8018 as 4 digit extension number, and the rest are still extension numbers routed over CCIS to another system.

It worked!!! thanks belevedere.
AS for putting a pstn Number on a DSS key, I knew that it's not possible, the DSS console is for number extensions only.

Ok

So create a virtual extension in cmd 11, put that on the dss key then call forward it to the pstn number.

Great||| Thannk you OzzieGeorge, it's working fine.
