DSS/BLF key flashing when call forwarded

ICP 3300 Cxi 9.0 UR2

Key on device A is programmed with DSS/BLF for device B

When B is called, DSS/BLF key on A flashes
When B is in line, DSS/BLF key is lighted
When B has forwarded a call, DSS/BLF key is fast flashing.

Is it possible to disable last conditions but not the 2 first one ?

In fact, users feels it is very anoying to have the key flahing fast but they would like to know when personns are phoning...

I assume you mean:
"When B has set Call Forward Always, the DSS/BLF key of A is fast flashing"

If this is the situation, then yes the 3rd feature can be disabled while keeping features 1 and 2.

However, please note that this change is global for all users and seems to apply to both IP sets and HotDesk users.

Within System Admin, in System Options Assignment set the feature "BLF - CFA Indication based on set enabled" to No.

Please also note the device B must go off hook / on hook for the indicator to stop flashing on A.

Before you turn off the feature make sure you do not have a 5550 console user on site that wants the forwarding indicator displayed. You can't get rid of the desktop display without affecting the console display.

Thank yoI wanted to keep the txo first features but disabled the 3rd one.

Using "BLF - CFA Indication based on set enabled" all the features are disabled...

I guess there's non way to do it.
