It has been a while, but I believe you connect the cable from the DSS9000 to the console via a RS232 connector under a breakaway tab on the back of the console. You need a -24v transformer and the manual on how to connect and program. If the -24v is connected wrong you will fry the console.

Customer bought the BLF but did not get a manual with it.
I found this post from JUNE 2004 (Yes, 2004!) You might want to replace the 2250 with a 2616 and 4 add-on modules. Works great with a headset.
(I'll bet that John has forgotten about that post! I'm starting to forget what I did 10 minutes ago...)
