dsmserv restore db todate... taking too long 1

Hi,
My TSM DB stats are as follows:
tsm: TSM>q db

On the BCP server I try to restore DB from FLAT files with the following command.
./dsmserv restore db todate=12/01/2005

it is taking 8 hrs to get the restore completed. Isn't that too slow for just 167 GB DB size?
There are total of 32,528,025 pages. Please comment and suggest.

That's huge, you should start a second server instance after about 110 GB database, and documentation actually says 40 GB. I could see 8 hours.
