I've received these messages from time to time on my NT/2000 servers when they are backing up to TSM. Now, I understand that the TSM Admins have to put new/more tapes in the pool (and that's the limit of what I know), but they are also telling me that when I get this message, I have to then go into each server that got the message and restart the TSM service. Is this true?
Some stats: We have a mix of OS's: NT4.0 SP6a, Win2K SP3, & Win2K SP4 servers. We're mostly running TSM 4.2.1 client and 5.1 on the TSM server (I know nothing about the server other than that).
