Hi,

I basically changed the DSM 16+ to DSM 32+, do I need to put the Keycode for the additional 16 ports?

There aren't any keycodes for DSM 32+.

I've enabled the DSM32+ but still I'm getting the following:

Internal Trunks Bus 3 Enabling

Expansion 1.1 DSM16 Bus 5 Enabled
Expansion 1.2 DSM16 Bus 6 Enabling


Any suggestion?

I've got two BCM50 Digital Station - 8 Port Auth Code. I'm just wondering if I still need to put the Authorization number.

You were sold more digital phone keycodes than you need. You can only have 12 digital sets in the main cabinet. You're keycoded for more phones than the main cabinet can support. I'm somewhat surprised that KRS let that go through.

I'm guessing you have the expansion port keycode installed. Have you connected a phone to the second half of the 32 port card yet?

I connected the phone but it's just flashing.

There was an issue a while back that had to do with resetting the expansion cabinet and/or main cabinet. I don't remember the exact sequence though. I thought it was addressed with a software patch.

When in doubt, give both a reboot and see what happens.
