DSL/VPN Config on Cisco 827 Help

I have just received a Cisco 827 ADSL Router that I now need to get configured for internet access and a VPN at a small office. The DSL line has two static IP addresses assigned to it and the router is connected to the server (NT 4 SP6) on a seperate NIC from the domain. I have not been able to decipher the manual that came with it enough to be sure of what needs to be configured, but this is what Have:
Domain IP: 10.127.1.x, 10.127.2.x (T1 with 2620 Router)
Domain PDC: Windows NT 4 SP6a
Mail:MS Exchange Server
NIC1: 10.127.1.x, Domain
NIC2: ????, DSL

Need:
NAT Translation
VPN connection
POP EMail to internet W/MS Exchange
Web Browsing (With restrictions)
FTP (Restricted to Administrative)

Don’t worry about the second NIC on you server, you don’t need it. Your router has (two) port E1 and E0, LAN and WAN. You may have a bunch of LAN ports or only one but they are all going to be configured together. If you have enough for you computers great plug then in if not it gets plugged into your switch/hub and the LAN nodes go there. The WAN port is for the ADSL side. Once this is done you can config your router through your web browser 10.10.10.1 try the default profile. Stuff in your ISP info PPPoE User account and pass, IP’s Ext. Tell the router to be a fire wall and it will config a pretty good access-list for you. You can also tell is to be the DHCP server on the LAN and a way you go…

The physical ports on the Router are ADSL 4-wire RJ), LAN (CAT-5) and console (serial). Instructions say replace the ADSL modem with the router as well.
