Print quality issue where client tries to plot "specific geographical map" and everytime he does so instead of printing pink it prints faded red and you still can see the pink kindda been half overshadowed by red on the same spot. There are other colors on this map, ofcousre and those are OK, map color legend: yellow, pink and red
basically it prints a color that is not supposed to be in that spot
Faded red instead of pink...

I replaced all ink cartridges, print heads, waste cartridges, reinstalled driver to no avail...however, when u print the same document on 5000 plotter it worked fine....maybe something to do with application issue? any solution would be appreciated
 
What driver are you using ? PS or HPGL ?

ArcView GIS 3.2a
only happening to 5500A plooter tested with 5000plotter its ok
 
I would check if the plotter is supported by ESRI for that rev of ArcView.
