DS30B IPOV2 r9.1.0.437

hey guys, looking for assistance with a ds30b module that will not start up on ipov2. No lights what so ever. DTE shows that the module is looking for the firmware.

tried:

-creating a config with the module in it and rebooting ipo with several different tftp settings (manager, pumpkin, memory) no luck.
-manually deleting the bin file from card and re-adding via windows
-AT-X2,X1, and X seem to have no affect

downgraded software to the 8.0 release that requires the critical patch and applied, no luck, upgraded to latest and greatest, no luck.

Im pretty stumped and would appreciate any input

This is the second ds30b ive had with this issue (first RMA'd), tried them both in a different ipo on 9.1.0.437 software with no luck. Same symptoms.

sounds like you have a flaky power supply, replace and retest, also make sure the expansion module is brought up 1st then the control unit in that order
