DS30 Station adapter

Anyone out there know where I could get a Manual on the Norstar DS30 Station port adapter? Couldn't find anything on Nortel's site and ITAS couldn't find one either.

I have a NAM 4.0 working off an 8/24 using the DS30 for the last few years. Room overheated >100 degrees. Now the ports associated with the VM show up as unequipped. I can reset the NAM and the ports come up fine and then go back to not equipped. The 8/24 is working fine. The NAM comes up ok - assending tones. The DS30 lights are all green except for the fiber one which just flashes green. I was wondering if manual gives any help on diagnostics. Maybe the status the lights should be in.

Having the tech double check the NAM with his laptop to be sure something isn't failing on boot.

Here's the fix:

NAM was not completing it's boot. We verified that the DS30's laser was working and the NAM's wasn't, it would for about a second and then go out.This is one laser you can see, just point the fiber at a white piece of paper, it's red. Reseated the fiber XCVR card in the NAM and still no luck. Figured the NAM was not getting out of BIOS boot so as a last ditch effort we pulled the battery off the motherboard hoping to clear any boot coruption.

Put battery back in and everything booted up OK!
