Hi All,
We have a DS30 module, which doesn't allow any phones making outgoing calls but they can receive calls.

Is this something that can be fixed by software/firmware settings?

Also, when I plug into the DTE port of DS30 (DS30 is not connected to phone system), I get "LEDTICK::Slip Error at xxxxxxx ms" continously down the screen. Is this because it's not plugged in to the phone system?

Is there a place that will fix Avaya phone equipment? We also have couple dead POT16 modules due to lightning, which would be great if can be fixed for spares.

Thanks, GenPat

Is it upgraded to match the system versions?

Did you use the blue patch cable that belongs to the system ?

Otherwise it will not work well !!!

What typ of IPO do you have?
Is it an IP500 without the Professional licence?

Sounds like kwing112000 has it right, I have forgotten to upgrade a module before and experienced this. Upgrade to the same level as your system after upgrading it to 3.2.999 first.

Yes, I upgraded it to match the IP406 at 2.1, and then tried it with the 406v2 at 3.2. It behaved the same on both systems, allowing incoming calls but not dialing out.

I used the supplied blue cord.

What about the:
LEDTICK::Slip Error at xxxxxxx ms
error message? I don't have it plugged in to the phone system right now, could the message show because of that?

Any other ideas?

Thanks, GenPat
