Any assistance would be much appreciated...

We ordered 2 new PRI to act as additional members on our existing trunk group that already has 82 members. We are using an exiting signaling group.

We have installed 2 TN464GP DS1 cards (without an external 120A1 CSU).

AT&T is not able to see our equiment.

DS1s are configured as such:
Location: 02A09 Name: new
Bit Rate: 1.544 Line Coding: b8zs
Line Compensation: 1 Framing Mode: esf
Signaling Mode: isdn-ext

Interface Companding: mulaw
Idle Code: 11111111

Slip Detection? n Near-end CSU Type: integrated

Echo Cancellation? n
ESF DATA LINK OPTIONS

Network Management Protocol: tabs
Send ANSI-T1.403 One-Second Performance Reports? n
Far-end CSU Address: b

INTEGRATED CSU OPTIONS
Transmit LBO: 0db
Receive ALBO: 26db
Upon DTE LOS: loopback

CPE LOOPBACK JACK OPTIONS
Supply CPE Loopback Jack Power? n

We have 4 other DS1 configured the exact same way (different TN) and they work just fine.

What am I missing? Do I need to purchase an external CSU?

Thank you

display your existing signal-group.
You need to add the boards and interface numbers on the signal-group form, then add the B-channels as ports on the trunk-group.

Note: interface numbers must match the interface numbers of the provider

Do I need to ask AT&T for the Interface IDs?

For all of my PRI's they are set to:"Signaling Mode: isdn-pri"

ISDN-PRI is used if you have a D-Channel on your circuits.
Do you have any other suggestions for me?

Failing test 138 means it's not plugged in, or there's something wrong with your physical connection. You asked about an external CSU. You show an "integrated" CSU on the DS-1 form.

Your alarm:
1951 ABORT The ICSU Status LEDs Test cot be executed because a 120A CSU module
or a 401A T1 sync splitter is not physically installed. If using a 120A CSU
module/T1 sync splitter, physically connect it to the TN767 or TN464 board
on the back of the port carrier. Otherwise, ignore this abort

Do you have a 120 CSU plugged into the back of the TN464?

I do not have a CSU and don't know if I need one. Several of my DS1 do not have one and work just fine.

DS1 installed, Signal group provision and Trunk Group updated with the new members. All cabling has been replaced.

MPOE is in the Basement, we are on the 11th floor and are using straight through CAT5.
