DS1 Card replacement

I have a DS1 TN767B card in alarm and all the tests run show that the card may have stopped working. I have a spare card but it's a TN767E. Can I swap out the B with the E? The existing TN767B card has an external CSU/DSU.

While I haven't done it, I would think you could switch out irregardless of suffix...

I have replaced them and it doesn't seem to affect the programming at all.
