DS Phones on V3.o

Phones ring and ring and ring evan in the middle of a call, phone will start ringing, only way to stop is to reset. Is it neccessary to have call appearance buttons programmed?

we have had the same problem. Ring cont. till system reset, unplug phone and plug back in will not reset the ringing, No calls show in Call Status.

any thoughts?

Have to agree on this one we have sites with it happening but for us it only seems to be SOE's. Does anyone have it happening on 403's and above?
