Dropping connections and weak throughput

I'm running a FireBox x700, 7.4.1.B2039. Out of the blue through put will drop off to a crawl. At it's worst it'll drop the connection completely. The only way to recover is reboot. I've been working with my ISP for over two months and everything tests fine on the line. Everything points to the FireBox. Watchguard tech support can't locate any problems. Is anyone else seeing these problems? I can't find any common denominators in the logs. Any pointers?

I've configed the external port to 10Hx, http is filtered per watchgaurds tech support.

Why you have configured External port as 10 half.

Try to make it "Full duplex" atleast
