Dropped calls

I am having trouble with incoming calls getting dropped. I have our incoming lines being answered by auto attendant then the call goes to a hunt group so that the lines ring at several phones. Recently we have been getting what seems like dropped calls. The phones in the hunt group ring but when answered there is no one on the line. The problem doesnt seem to be happening all the time, but often enough that some of our customers have complained about getting disconnected. I am having trouble figuring out whether the problem is with our phone system or with our incoming lines. Is there a good way to find out what might be causing the problem?

Check you lines for disconnect suppervision. It sounds like person is hanging up while in voicemail or ewhile voicemail is transfering call, but call is not getting dropped.

Thanks for the information. I did find one incoming line that was not setup for disconnect suppervision.
