First let me thank all of you in advance for any assistance render.

The problem is as follows:

We have a MICS with two ISDN BRI-U2, BRI-U4 cards, that had the following software REL 6.0, the system worked fine for about 2-years when there was an electrical explosion in the building, from that time on the system has been dropping calls, there is no set pattern or specific line, set or time, when calls are dropped, have done the following procedures in troubleshooting

1. Replaced the two ISDN BRI-U2, BRI-U4 cards,
2. Replaced the clock services card
3. Replaced the core cabinet (KSU) and power supply did a cold startup and reprogram system from scratch.
4. Replaced the 6.0 software with 6.1 xc or cm software

Had the local telco do a loop back test and they said, that all the circuits are fine.

Also, now when I try to call in on the rad and do a backup, this error message comes up: anf01eng

And the network log shows the following
Alarm 75, event 995,220,453
Any Recommendations and suggestions will be greatly appreciated

The anf01eng means you are missing the map file in NRU for your software version. When you went from 6.0-6.1 your NRU was no longer up to date.

The rest? sounds like a pain. My guess: You need to get a vendor with the proper test equipment to verify your circuits are as good as the telco says they are.

Thanks for you reply, already have schedule for the local telco to come over and test the wiring, as for the missing map file in the NRU, would reinstall the NRU help?

No on the re-install. you need to download the missing map files, and put them in the proper NRU folder. Another solution might be to get NRU11, but I cant say for sure as I have not installed it yet.
