I am hoping someone can assist. Normally our assistants have to ability or drop callers from a conference call. But for some reason it stopped working at some point. The drop option is only available on the main line. It does not allow to drop either the internal caller or and external caller. I called my vendor and they are able to do it on their end with some test phones, but they can't figure out why its not working on my end.
I have an IP 500v2. Control Unit. It is a server.
We use .9608G Phones
