Drop Down Parameter problems

I'm havign porblems with Drop down parameters in Reportinf Serives 2005.

When I preview the report the first line of the drop down list id (Select All) but when the report is publised the (Select All) option is not avaliable and you have to select each option individually.

Any ideas whats gone wrong.

Not sure about RS 2005 but in 2000, you have to create your own "Select All" option by using a union command in the query that generates the LOV for the dropdown...

This was an option in RS2005 but was taken out by Microsoft. As far as I am aware, they are to reintroduce it in the next Service Pack (whenever that will be).
